Senior Data Analyst

Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst in a product-focused SaaS team, you will own data quality and integrations, partnering with Engineering, Customer Success, and customers to deliver trusted data. You will investigate complex data issues, propose practical recommendations, and drive improvements across data processes. You’ll manage projects and workstreams while communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. This role offers ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to data-driven decision making in a customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve complex data quality issues
• Analyze, validate and improve data using SQL and Python
• Collaborate on data integrations with Engineering, Customer Success and customers
• Translate complex data problems into actionable recommendations
• Drive improvements across data processes and quality
• Take ownership of projects and workstreams

Key requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Consulting, Analytics or similar
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Interest in AI
• Effective communicator with technical and non-technical audiences
