Children’s Residential Support Worker — Support & Develop Young People

Candl Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a supportive residential home in Littleover, Derby. You will work with children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), providing structure, safety and positive relationships to help them feel secure and grow.

We welcome candidates with prior experience in residential settings, safeguarding knowledge, and a flexible shift pattern including sleep-ins.
