Senior Transport Planner

Overview

In this role you will lead and deliver transport planning projects within a respected consultancy, shaping development and infrastructure outcomes across the UK. Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans
• Manage transport planning projects from inception through to completion
• Act as a main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Provide technical and strategic transport planning advice
• Support business development and work-winning activities
• Mentor and support junior consultants
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams

Key requirements

• Several years’ experience in a transport planning consultancy
• Strong knowledge of transport planning and the UK planning process
• Experience delivering Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans
• Strong report-writing and communication skills
• Experience managing projects and client relationships
• Proactive and commercially aware approach
