Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a capital project management strategy aligned with real estate and business objectives
  • Oversee real estate capital projects to meet time, budget, and quality targets
  • Lead and mentor a diverse PM team and external vendors
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting for all projects
  • Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to secure alignment and support
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation to ensure project success and compliance
  • Foster innovation and adoption of best practices and new technologies in project management

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Extensive experience in capital project management with large real estate portfolios
