Overview
In this role you will join a Bristol-based construction team within a top-tier law firm, focusing on non-contentious construction and project work in the clean energy space. You’ll handle cross-border UK/Europe mandates for complex transactions, collaborating with a strong energy practice and notable clients in battery manufacturing. You’ll work in a supportive, growth-oriented environment led by experienced partners and backed by a Professional Support Lawyer, contributing to innovative energy-related projects.
Responsibilities
- Advise on non-contentious construction matters within renewables and energy-related projects
- Manage complex construction transactions across the UK and Europe
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver client work
- Support senior lawyers and leverage PSL resources to achieve high-quality outcomes
- Work with notable clients in battery manufacturing and integration on term contracts and project mandates
Key requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction, commercial, or project work
- Interest or background in renewable energy
- Experience in non-contentious construction matters
- Ability to work on cross-border UK/Europe mandates
