Customer Experience Specialist – Energy Solutions

Flogas Britain is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor to help hundreds and thousands of homes and businesses across the UK get the energy they need, when they need it. You’ll resolve queries, manage orders and pricing, and act as a trusted advisor who can negotiate solutions with customers and internal teams.

You’ll work in a busy environment, prioritising multiple tasks, using strong MS Office skills and clear communication by phone, email and web chat.
