We are working with a PRU school in Milton Keynes that is looking for committed and motivated Learning Support Assistants who are interested in building a long-term career in education.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and who want to gain valuable experience within a specialist education setting.

About the role:

• Supporting students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs
• Working closely with teaching staff to help pupils engage with learning
• Building positive relationships and acting as a strong role model

The ideal candidate:

• Is committed, reliable, and enthusiastic about working in education
• Has previous experience working with children or young people or strong transferable skills (e.g. youth work, sports coaching, care work, mentoring, or similar)
• Is resilient, patient, and keen to develop professionally
