Residential Conveyancer – Lancashire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a growing and highly supportive residential property team based in Lancashire.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious conveyancer looking to develop their career within a modern, expanding law firm that places a strong emphasis on quality client service, teamwork and professional development.
The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, providing a high-quality, client-focused service from instruction through to completion.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience handling a broad range of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New-build transactions
- Transfers of equity
- Leasehold apartments
- Re-mortgages
- General residential conveyancing matters
About You
We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer who:
- Has at least 3 years’ residential conveyancing experience
- Is qualified as a CILEx, CLC Lawyer or Solicitor
- Has experience managing a varied residential caseload
- Is client-focused and committed to delivering an excellent service
- Is organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Communicates confidently with clients and colleagues
- Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Has an existing following or the potential to develop new business and build a full caseload
- Is ambitious and interested in long-term career progression
