Part-Time Dementia Community Groups Facilitator

Alzheimer’s Society is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Group Facilitator to support a county-wide dementia service across Worcestershire, with 21 hours per week on a permanent basis.

You will lead welcoming groups, coordinate activities and recruit volunteers, working in partnership with local services to help people affected by dementia feel connected and supported.

Regular travel across Worcestershire is required, and training and ongoing support will be provided to help you grow in the role.
