Senior Sous Chef – Lead in Michelin-Standard Fine Dining

The Ritz London is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join its Kitchen Brigade, reporting to the Executive Chef and working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Team to uphold Michelin-level standards.

You will lead, train and inspire junior staff, oversee daily prep and service, and ensure consistent quality and presentation across all menus in a five-star, luxury environment in central London.
