Casual Crisis Recovery Worker – Mental Health Support

Waythrough is seeking a Casual Recovery Worker to support residents at Willow House in Buntingford. You’ll manage caseloads, assist with daily living and wellbeing, and work within a 24-hour staffing model.

You’ll develop person-centred plans, monitor wellbeing, complete records, and liaise with external agencies. This casual, shift-based role requires compassion, resilience, and teamwork.
