Overview

In this role you will lead and deliver complex business transformation projects in a London-based brokerage setting, aligned with the target operating model. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure initiatives stay on time and within scope, supporting the organisation’s strategic goals. The role focuses on operational transformation programmes, including TOM restructures and integrations, with a practical, results-driven approach in a collaborative team. You drive impact by shaping transformational workstreams and delivering tangible improvements within a friendly, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex projects aligned with the target operating model
• Drive business transformation initiatives and implement TOM restructures and integrations
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, within-scope delivery
• Support senior leadership to advance strategic goals through project outcomes
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and balance competing priorities
• Foster positive relationships and provide practical solutions throughout the project lifecycle

Key requirements

• Proven project management experience in an operational transformation environment
• Strong understanding of target operating models
• Experience with Target Operating Model restructure and integrations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
