Overview
As a Health, Safety & Quality Advisor, you will support operations across M&E projects, driving high standards in safety and quality. You will work with site teams, conduct inspections and audits, and help maintain ISO-based systems. This role offers development within a growing contractor and regular UK-site travel. You will shape safety and quality practices, contributing to continual improvement across projects.

Responsibilities
- Carry out site inspections, audits and quality assurance checks
- Advise project teams on H&S compliance and best practice
- Review RAMS and support compliance across projects
- Assist with accident, incident and near-miss investigations
- Monitor training, PPE, plant and occupational health compliance
- Produce reports and track corrective actions through to completion
- Support ISO management systems, including internal ISO 9001 audits
- Review quality documentation, handover records and snagging items
- Identify non-conformances and drive continual improvement initiatives
Key requirements
- Experience in health & safety, quality, construction, or a similar environment
- Knowledge of ISO management systems would be advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
