Overview
In this role you will deliver person-centred, trauma-informed housing-related support across the Bradford District, helping clients sustain tenancies and improve overall wellbeing. You will work with individuals facing complex challenges and collaborate with partner agencies to tailor and implement support plans that enable access to necessary services. This is a new service from the ground up, offering a meaningful opportunity to shape its development and impact. You will join a cross-organizational team to promote independence, resilience and social inclusion for clients.

Responsibilities
- provide person-centred, trauma-informed housing-related support
- offer practical assistance and advocacy to help clients maintain accommodation
- develop and implement tailored, outcome-focused support plans
- coordinate with partner agencies and professionals to connect clients with services
- manage a diverse caseload with complex social, financial, health, and other needs
- collaborate with Waythrough and The Bridge Project to deliver a high-quality service across the district
