Quantity Surveying Opportunity – Central London – Leading Structures & Enabling Contractor – £60,000 – £75,000 + Package + Bonus
My client is a leading UK contractor specialising in complex demolition, enabling works, basement construction, and structural delivery on major urban redevelopment schemes. Their capability spans early‑stage investigations through to full demolition and frame construction, making them a trusted partner on high‑profile projects across London and the wider UK. The business is currently turning over north of £100m and has a very good name in the industry.
The Project & Role
You will work on one of my clients new major schemes in Central London where they will be performing a major role on the project with responsibility for enabling works, facade retention and a new 10 storey structure. The finished project will comprise of Commercial & Retail space aswell as modern terraces. My client’s packages are a combined c£22.5m with the overall build value being around £85m.
You will play a critical role in:
- Overseeing cost planning
- Managing budgets
- Assessing variations
- Procuring subcontract packages
- Ensuring the financial integrity of the project from pre‑construction through to completion.
In return my client will offer an attractive salary of up to £75,000 (Neg) + Car Allowance, Pension, Healthcare, a highly rewarding bonus scheme and more
