Overview

In this role you will handle a varied real estate caseload, focusing on transactional and asset management work for NI and England & Wales matters. You’ll be part of a well‑established national practice based in Belfast, collaborating with senior lawyers to deliver high‑quality client outcomes across sectors. You will support due diligence, reporting on title and leases, and agreements for lease, while contributing to cross‑border transactions. You will work closely with colleagues in a national team to shape and deliver impactful property work.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out due diligence and asset management for commercial property matters
• Preparing reports on title, leases, refinancing and acquisitions
• Supporting on agreements for lease and wider transactional work
• Advising clients across sectors including banking, retail and hospitality
• Working closely with colleagues across a national team on England & Wales matters
• Contributing to high-quality client delivery and commercial outcomes

Key requirements

• NQ with a Real Estate seat or 6 months to 3 years PQE in real estate/property
• NI and/or E&W experience welcomed
• Strong experience in due diligence, asset management and transactional work
• Commercial awareness with focus on quality and client service
• Confident communication with clients and colleagues
• Adaptable, collaborative and comfortable in a national team
