Employee Relations Advisor – Hybrid, High-Impact HR

Medlock Partners are seeking a proactive Employee Relations Advisor to join a fast-paced HR team. This hands-on role covers the full employee lifecycle with ~50% project work supporting the ER Manager in setting up a new function and ~50% case work, so there is plenty to take on.

Hybrid working 3 days on site and 2 days from home. Previous ER casework experience is essential, with strong UK employment law knowledge and excellent stakeholder management throughout a busy environment.
