Our client, a leading independent investment bank with global coverage, is actively hiring an Associate to join their growing FIG Advisory (mergers and acquisitions/ M&A) team in London.

Requirements for consideration

• Fundamental understanding of financial valuation methodologies, and applications.
• Excellent Financial modelling and analytical abilities.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Completed sell-side transaction experience (ideally 3+ years in M&A).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively, delivering high quality work on schedule.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• High resilience, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.

The team has an exceptionally strong track record in the market and the work involved will be predominately deal execution focused.
