Hybrid Financial Controller (32h) — Growth‑Focused Finance

We are working with a growing healthcare group that has reached 7m t/o and is now appointing their first financial controller to bring the accounts in house. The role is based in York with hybrid working and a 32-hour week.

There is a highly competitive salary and a performance-related bonus. This is a hands-on role covering management accounts, financial control, cash flow, compliance and payroll, with Xero software used across the group.
