Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day branch sales operations
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales negotiators and support staff
  • Drive new business through valuations, instructions and networking
  • Conduct market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions
  • Monitor KPIs, sales targets and team activity
  • Hold regular one-to-ones and performance reviews
  • Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
  • Maintain knowledge of the local market and competitor activity
  • Ensure processes comply with property legislation and company standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to maximise cross-selling opportunities

Key requirements

  • Proven experience in residential property sales, ideally as a Sales Manager or Senior Negotiator
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation ability
  • Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
  • Thorough knowledge of the sales process and property legislation
  • Ability to lead by example and build a high-performance culture
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
