Fit-Out Project Manager — Employee-Owned Team

Thorn Baker Recruitment Ltd in Lichfield is seeking a Fit Out Project Manager to join an Employee Ownership team on a permanent basis. You will oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction.

The successful candidate will manage project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with construction regulations and standards. Strong MS Project skills are preferred.
