Senior Internal Communications Lead – Engage & Align Teams

Slough Borough Council is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Lead to shape how the council connects, communicates and engages colleagues across the organisation.

You will lead internal comms, advise senior leaders, manage channels, support change programmes and use insights to strengthen staff engagement, ensuring employees feel informed, heard and valued.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern (minimum two days in the office at Observatory House, Slough) with a competitive Grade 7 salary.
