Strategic Internal Communications Partner (Hybrid)

Edenred PayTech in Swindon and London is seeking a Comms & Engagement Partner to lead internal communications strategy for a fast-growing fintech. You will develop plans, deliver engaging content, and collaborate across UK, Europe and Mexico to ensure brand and message consistency.

You will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and drive newsletters, events, and employee experience initiatives while partnering with senior colleagues to advise on effective engagement approaches.
