Overview

In this role you will support our People Operations function at Knight Frank’s London Head Office, focusing on maintaining accurate people data in Workday and helping colleagues with HR processes. You will work closely with employees and managers, ensuring timely, accurate service and data integrity. The role plays a key part in a broader transformation to a more automated, employee-centric experience powered by Workday. Responsibilities

  • Process new starters, leavers, transfers and other contractual changes in Workday in line with SLAs
  • Administer day-to-day people queries and update employee records using Workday and a ticketing system
  • Act as first point of contact for employees/managers for process guidance and Workday self-service
  • Maintain data quality and accuracy in Workday and employee files
  • Lead assigned activities within People Operations (Benefits admin, Early Careers admin)
  • Support reporting and general administration of the People function
  • Participate in People projects and change initiatives as required

Key requirements

  • Previous experience in a People Operations team
  • Understanding of employee life cycle processes and compliance
  • Experience using HRIS, ideally Workday
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with ticketing systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication; team player
  • Ability to prioritise and manage varied workload within SLAs
