Finance Controller: Deputy to the FD (Hybrid)

Axon Moore is recruiting a Financial Controller for a PE-backed SME in the Leeds area. You will lead a small finance team, own the management accounts and statutory reporting, and act as the FD’s deputy with a clear path to FD as the business grows.

You will manage year-end audit, balance sheet reconciliations, and drive improvements in controls and reporting to support investors and lenders. Hybrid working with 4 days in the office.
