Homeless Housing Coordinator needed in Enfield

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, early-intervention homelessness prevention by completing thorough initial assessments, identifying risks, and putting in place effective plans to help applicants sustain their current accommodation or move into suitable private rented housing.
They will provide expert, accurate advice on welfare benefits, homelessness legislation, case law, and housing policy, ensuring all decisions are lawful, robust and defensible.
They will work collaboratively with partners to strengthen resilience and prevent crisis, while confidently navigating possession proceedings, court processes, evictions and safeguarding responsibilities for vulnerable adults and children. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, sound judgement and a proactive, solution-focused approach to preventing homelessness at the earliest opportunity.
