Salary: £41,177 – 45,529 per year
Requirements
- We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate strong transferable skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to develop into the role.
- Experience supporting, administering, developing, or managing ICT systems and services would be beneficial.
- Exposure to areas such as system administration, procurement and contract management, user training, change management, system configuration, incident management, and problem management would be beneficial.
- We will assess candidates against the NFCC Leadership Framework, and you may be required to demonstrate competence at any level up to and including the highest level relevant to the role.
- You must be able to attend an interview that includes behavioural and role-specific questions, as well as a question on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).
Responsibilities
- We will take ownership of a portfolio of related ICT systems and help ensure they remain secure, effective, and aligned to organisational and user requirements.
- We will ensure our systems are correctly procured and that supplier contracts are well managed.
- Working with our users and suppliers, we will ensure systems are resilient, meet our required service levels, and deliver value for money.
- As part of our wider ICT team, we will work with service colleagues to resolve issues and deliver change.
- We will ensure user guides and procedures are correct and up to date.
- We will ensure staff are suitably trained in the operation of our systems.
- We will contribute to key system delivery projects within the Service.
