Overview

In this role you lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Data & AI solutions, using Databricks and Microsoft Foundry, aligned with business priorities. You shape the technical roadmap for AI and automation and mentor a high-performing engineering squad. You partner with stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, prototype rapidly, and scale AI products into production. Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable Data & AI solutions using Databricks and Microsoft Foundry
• Define the technical roadmap for AI and automation aligned with business priorities
• Lead and mentor an AI engineering squad to drive innovation and delivery
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, prototype, and scale AI products
• Ensure robust AI governance, security, and ethical AI practices and integrate solutions with enterprise platforms

Key requirements

• Extensive experience delivering Data, AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions
• Hands-on expertise in Databricks, Microsoft Foundry, and the Azure ecosystem
• Proven leader of engineering and AI teams with coaching track record
• Commercially minded problem-solver translating business challenges into AI value
• Strong communicator and influencer across technical and non-technical stakeholders
