Want to build something that actually moves the needle – at Amazon scale? The Last Mile DSP Payments team is looking for a Sr Program lead who doesn’t just want a seat at the table, but wants to roll up their sleeves and rebuild the table itself. We move more than €1B a year across 9 countries, 2,000+ legal entities, and 37,000+ service rate combinations – today, a lot of that runs on semi-automated workflows, Excel files, and cross-functional muscle memory. That’s exactly the opportunity: if you’re the kind of person who sees a messy, high-stakes process and immediately starts sketching the fix, this is your playground. You’ll be hands-on from day one, with real ownership over how hundreds of Delivery Service Partners get paid across Europe. This isn’t a role for someone who wants a fully paved roadmap. It’s for someone who wants to build the road. A day in the life
Key job responsibilities
- Own and drive payment process improvement initiatives across EU manual and semi-automated workstreams – fleet, fuel, incentives, and beyond
- Strengthen and build new financial controls and audit trails – find the gaps before they become problems
- Build Excel-based tools, models, and dashboards (pivot tables, Power Query, macros, VBA) that replace manual grind with scalable systems
- Chase down payment discrepancies across EU countries – trace the data, find the root cause, fix it, and make sure it doesn’t come back
- Turn messy operational reality into clean, structured requirements that fuel automation with Last Mile Payments Tech
- Help shape and execute the DSP payment automation roadmap, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Finance, Tax, Fleet, Pricing, and Tech
Bonus Points
- AI skills, SQL, BI tools (QuickSight, Tableau), experience with offshore teams, or a second European language
