Overview

As a Senior Product Designer for Zable, you will shape a major fintech SuperApp used by millions. You will own end-to-end design across discovery, research, and production-ready interfaces, guiding direction with PMs and engineers. You’ll push for bold, AI-native solutions that improve user outcomes and trust. Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and translate findings into clear design directions
  • Own design delivery for your squad, from initial flows to build
  • Collaborate closely with engineers throughout the design process and consider build costs in decisions
  • Contribute to and sometimes break from the design system when it benefits the customer
  • Run usability tests and experiments with defined success metrics
  • Apply AI across workflows and push design changes toward production
  • Design for Consumer Duty and accessibility, flagging issues in others’ work
  • Facilitate design critiques and craft rationale that stands on its own

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in fintech or fast-paced startup
  • Strong mobile app and web design experience
  • Customer-obsessed and data-literate; bases decisions on evidence
  • Ability to articulate a bold design direction and secure stakeholder buy-in
  • Experience with mentoring and raising the bar for other designers
  • AI-native approach; looks beyond the first output and seeks principled improvements
  • Comfort with senior stakeholders and advocating for quality and customer outcomes
  • Bonus: experience designing AI-powered products, CMS/no-code tools, and working in regulated environments
