Overview
In this role you will lead strategic customer engagements within Microsoft’s Digital Operations to unblock deployments and translate feedback into actionable product improvements for Azure IoT. You will act as a technical architect to accelerate deployments and scale customer adoption, collaborating with engineering, support, and sales. You will map customer needs to Microsoft solutions, prioritize work, and influence roadmaps with customer context. You will develop training content and mentor colleagues, strengthening enablement and evangelism. This position offers a hybrid London-based schedule with a focus on large-scale industrial IoT programs and meaningful customer impact.

Responsibilities
- Drive customer acceleration and satisfaction by identifying blockers, reassessing scopes, and capturing feedback for future deployments
- Engage with customers to understand needs and map Microsoft solutions to use cases
- Act as technical architect, leading end-to-end solutions and accelerating product adoption
- Support engineering with client context to prioritize development and align goals with roadmaps
- Develop and deliver training content and internal sessions, mentoring colleagues
- Collaborate across engineering, support, and sales to align customer goals with internal roadmaps
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field and 8+ years in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent)
- Proven customer engagement and relationship management experience
- Experience in industrial sectors like manufacturing or energy
- Experience with protocols, data modeling, Kubernetes, device management and related technologies
