Overview
In this role, you will strengthen Arup’s resilience by developing, maintaining and testing IT Disaster Recovery plans within a global digital technology context. You’ll conduct risk analyses to identify critical systems, drive ISO 22301 compliance, and champion security-by-design across projects. You’ll lead global security awareness efforts and collaborate with regional teams to embed BCM principles. Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and test IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) plans
- Conduct regular risk assessments and impact analyses to identify critical systems and recovery priorities
- Manage global cybersecurity awareness campaigns and training initiatives
- Collaborate with regional digital teams to embed security-by-design principles into projects and products
- Drive implementation and ongoing compliance with ISO 22301 standards for global BCM
Key requirements
- Strong IT DR and ISO22301 compliance experience
- Understanding of BIA, application dependencies, and ITDR stakeholder engagement
- Experience in threat and risk assessment
- Interest in cyber awareness and driving global culture change
