In this role you support the first-line non-financial risk and operational resilience framework within LCH Ltd Operations while contributing to core business management. You will translate risk and governance expectations into practical outputs and help drive improvements across governance, planning and performance reporting. The role combines hands-on delivery with exposure to risk and business management, offering scope to shape resilience across a multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance operational risk and control documentation for Operations teams
- Assist with control assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and support remediation
- Monitor incidents, KRIs, issues and actions; challenge and follow up for timely resolution
- Support lessons learned reviews and identify sustainable resilience improvements
- Prepare and analyse management information for governance forums and collaborator reporting
- Promote awareness and consistent application of non-financial risk and resilience standards
- Assist with budgeting and headcount reporting
- Produce and analyse management information, dashboards and performance metrics to support decisions
- Identify process improvements, enhance data quality, and drive consistency in reporting and governance
- Prepare presentations and management updates for senior stakeholders and governance forums
- Support materials for senior stakeholder meetings
