Banking Experience Advisor – Customer Care Champion

Santander UK is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor for Newark & Grantham Twinned Site. The role is 35 hours weekly, on a rota basis between 8am and 6pm, across two branches with travel between sites required.

You’ll be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling transactions, assisting with technology in-branch, and supporting fraud protection. A multi-skilled, flexible approach is essential.
