Head of Customer Operations – Hybrid, Up to 30% Bonus

Pertemps Bristol Commercial is recruiting for a Head of Customer Operations to lead a customer-facing operation in the South West. You will drive service delivery, performance and continuous improvement across teams, and partner with senior leaders to shape strategy and outcomes.

This hybrid role offers £65,000–£70,000, plus an annual bonus up to 30%, private healthcare, enhanced pension and generous leave.
