Senior Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you will drive strategic change within a global insurance business, partnering with senior stakeholders to translate objectives into deliverable change. You’ll map journeys, processes and operating models, identify root causes, and use data to support decisions. You will shape future-state journeys and service blueprints, coordinating with technology, operations and design teams through discovery to implementation. The role blends traditional BA skills with service design, process improvement and data analysis in a London-based, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and drive strategic change initiatives from discovery through implementation
• Map customer and colleague journeys, processes and operating models
• Identify pain points, root causes and opportunities for improvement
• Use data and insight to support evidence-based decision making
• Develop future-state journeys, service blueprints and business requirements
• Collaborate with technology, operations and design teams to shape solutions
• Facilitate workshops and engage with senior stakeholders
• Support UAT, implementation and wider change activity

Key requirements

• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst in insurance or financial services
• Strong BA fundamentals plus service design, process improvement and data analysis
• Ability to operate at a strategic level while handling detailed work
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
