Procurement Manager – Public Sector Value & Governance

Equans is seeking a Procurement Manager to join our team in Blackburn on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on maximizing delivered financial value, improving visibility of Procurement, and delivering value and savings through new supplier contracts across multiple sites.

You will operate within Equans’ Public Sector division, managing supplier relationships, governance, and negotiations while supporting mobilisation and growth in regulated environments.
