Job Description:
DHL Supply Chain in Derby is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager – Night Shift to lead a fast-paced operation on a 4 on, 4 off pattern (18:30–06:30). You will inspire and develop a team, driving safety, engagement and continuous improvement in a busy FMCG warehouse.
You will coordinate daily tasks, manage resources, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and support employee relations while upholding Health & Safety standards.
