Responsibilities
- Lead and review statutory audits for a varied client portfolio
- Manage client relationships and act as trusted adviser
- Plan, budget, and monitor assignments for timely delivery
- Coach and develop audit managers and team members
- Support partners with business development and proposals
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS and regulatory standards
Key requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Significant UK audit experience within a Top 10 or strong mid-tier firm
- Proven ability to manage complex audits and client relationships
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
