4-on 4-off Maintenance Engineer – FMCG Manufacturing

Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing) position in the Old Leake/Boston area. £50,000 – £54,000 plus overtime, training, progression, and OTE £60,000. You will join an established food manufacturing business and work a 4-on, 4-off pattern to maintain and improve FMCG production equipment.

The role covers planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and optimizing equipment reliability. NVQ Level 3 would be advantageous for progression within a growing site near Boston, Lincolnshire.
