Overview

In this role you drive and embed Supplier Management and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) across easyJet. You’ll act as the central contact for supplier-related activity, enabling efficient onboarding, lifecycle management, and risk oversight. You’ll ensure the Ivalua platform is action-oriented, with clear processes and timely workflows. You’ll partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Finance to deliver sustainable vendor risk management and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for day-to-day Supplier Management activity
  • Support onboarding, lifecycle management, performance processes, data and reporting
  • Promote consistent use of Supplier Management processes across the business
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements
  • Mobilise TPRM through testing, documentation, training and rollout
  • Own operational execution of TPRM as capability matures
  • Support supplier risk identification, due diligence, onboarding, monitoring and review
  • Maintain visibility of supplier risk exposure and escalate as needed
  • Operate day-to-day Supplier Management within Ivalua
  • Monitor risk workflows, dashboards and alerts and ensure timely actions
  • Follow up on overdue actions and resolve issues
  • Escalate material concerns and drive corrective action
  • Triage complex issues with Legal, Risk and Compliance
  • Track recurring issues and address root causes
  • Produce operational reporting for leadership and decision-making
  • Deliver role-based training and onboarding for new users
  • Create accessible guidance for Ivalua usage and BAU activities
  • Continuously improve processes, data and ways of working

Key requirements

  • Experience in Supplier Management, Procurement Operations or similar
  • Experience using supplier management or procurement systems
  • Knowledge of Ivalua an advantage
  • Strong understanding of delivering operational processes at scale
  • Experience as a business-facing subject matter expert or single point of contact
  • Practical problem-solving and ability to implement solutions
  • Ability to create accountability and drive completion of actions
  • Adaptability in an evolving process environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical and detail-focused with ability to translate data into actions
  • Collaborative mindset to build trust across Procurement and the wider business
  • Relevant practical experience
