We are currently looking for a Group Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our Finance Team.
The Group Head of Financial Planning and Analysis is required to act as a commercial and dynamic leader of the group-wide FP&A and Commercial Finance functions.
The post-holder will be responsible for identifying and providing value-adding insight to drive higher performance across all aspects of the CEG business. They will represent a key partner to CEG’s Executive team in driving the business plan and in providing a data driven advisory service for both strategic and tactical decision making.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Provide financial and commercial analysis to support business performance and strategic initiatives.
- Deliver management reporting, KPI analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
- Partner with senior leaders on pricing, sales performance, and commercial decision-making.
- Support corporate finance activities, including acquisitions, due diligence, refinancing, and investment projects.
- Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team while driving continuous improvement in finance processes and reporting.

Education
Experience
- Previous experience in FP&A and Commercial Finance/Analytics roles (essential)
- Experience working in the education environment is preferred but not essential
