Overview

As Marketing Manager, you will lead Rock MS’s marketing function and support a portfolio of clients in the legal sector, including Reeds Solicitors. You’ll own digital strategy, website performance, and multi-brand campaigns, collaborating with developers, agencies and senior stakeholders. The role blends hands-on technical work with strategic leadership to drive growth and measurable ROI. This is a hybrid, senior-role with influence across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver digital marketing strategy for Rock MS, Bedrock, Reeds Solicitors and clients
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels with budget oversight and ROI focus
  • Identify opportunities to boost brand awareness, website traffic, leads and acquisition
  • Own website content, navigation and user journeys from a marketing angle
  • Lead SEO strategy and execution across the portfolio: on-page, technical SEO, keyword research and content strategy
  • Monitor and report SEO/digital performance using analytics, turning data into actions
  • Collaborate with developers on website improvements using HTML/CSS/JS for diagnosis
  • Manage CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and perform technical SEO audits
  • Oversee email marketing, supplier relationships and directory/award submissions
  • Maintain brand consistency across all client-facing materials across multiple brands

Key requirements

  • Proven experience in a marketing manager or senior marketing role, preferably in professional services or B2B
  • Organised, commercially minded, technically curious, analytical, proactive, hands-on and creative
  • Strong hands-on SEO expertise with track record of improving organic performance
  • Fluent in data-driven measurement and digital analytics for campaign optimization
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and email marketing via CRM/automation tools
  • Good understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management
  • Degree in marketing/business or CIM qualification, or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Analytical and proactive
