In this role you will lead the production and coordination of development marketing materials to maximise brand impact for Berkeley projects. You will manage external agencies, oversee launches and events, and ensure all collateral aligns with brand guidelines. You’ll drive digital and traditional campaigns, measure effectiveness, and collaborate with sales, IT, and finance to deliver value for each development. You will guide a marketing team to deliver high-quality, on-time outputs that support sales objectives and project goals. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and produce development marketing materials (brochures, signage, digital content) to support campaigns
- Research development background and create creative briefs for materials
- Brief and manage external agencies to deliver marketing tools (CGI, interactive tools, videos) on schedule
- Proofread collateral ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
- Line-manage marketing executives, setting KPIs for development
- Plan and run development launches and events, including international events
- Produce timelines and maintain monthly events schedule
- Coordinate display materials for exhibitions and manage logistics
- Collate marketing data for reports and liaise with IT for content updates
- Plan email campaigns for launches and events, supported by marketing staff
- Handle media planning and ad production with agencies, monitor budgets
- Evaluate marketing effectiveness via reporting and analytics
- Explore digital marketing avenues and track PPC performance
- Maintain stock of collateral with sales teams and keep online/offline materials up to date
- Oversee show-home furniture installations and shoots
- Manage budget spend, forecast expenditures, raise POs, and negotiate costs
- Prepare information for management and board meetings
- Conduct site walks to ensure high presentation standards
- Organise estate signage and landscaping for visual quality
- Attend marketing managers meetings and share insights
- Collaborate with departments to ensure value for money and profitable schemes
- Fulfil internal requests for marketing services and coordinate with PR for press opportunities
- Assist in developing marketing strategies that support sales objectives
Key requirements
- Excellent written English and numeracy
- Marketing degree or equivalent preferred
- CIM Advanced Certificate in Marketing
- Proven marketing experience in similar environments (client or agency side) across traditional, digital, events, comms and PR
- Experience with web technologies and applications
- Proactive and highly organised
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver on time and budget
- Experience managing marketing agencies / external suppliers
