Adoption & Guardianship Social Worker — Grow & Impact

Cambridge County Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Adoption & Special Guardianship Support Team in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough. The role is permanent and based in Huntingdon, with duties spanning across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and collaboration with neighbouring authorities.

You’ll assess adoptive and special guardianship families, develop and implement support plans, run carer and young people groups, and contribute to learning through supervision and reflective practice.
