In this role you will deliver robust financial analysis and modelling across a varied project portfolio to inform high-level strategic decisions. Responsibilities

• Develop robust financial analyses and models for diverse projects
• Support strategic decisions in property, housing, regeneration, asset strategy, and investment
• Assist in preparing development appraisals for property and regeneration projects
• Advise clients on financial, economic, and commercial implications and provide strategic recommendations
• Develop business cases, options appraisals and investment funding strategies
• Provide specialised financial modelling to project teams
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to turn complex financial data into clear insights

Key requirements

• Analytical, commercially-minded candidate with finance background and consulting exposure in property/real estate, regeneration, infrastructure or renewables
• Degree educated (2:1) in Accounting & Finance or Economics
• Part or full ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or CFA qualification
• Proficient in building Excel-based financial models or updating existing models
• Experience supporting consulting projects for public or private sector clients across assets, regeneration, development, funding or infrastructure
• Background in financial analysis, audit, or advisory services
• Proven track record of financial/economic analysis in property/real estate development, infrastructure, energy, funding, debt or risk
• Calm, confident communicator with strong written/verbal skills, able to engage with multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders
