Senior Product Manager – Manufacturing (AI-Native)

Overview

As Product Manager for Manufacturing Solutions, you drive AI-enabled, data-driven product strategy and end-to-end execution. You bridge customer needs, engineering, and commercial outcomes to deliver measurable impact in industrial operations. You lead with an AI-first mindset, shaping a scalable product roadmap and partnering across teams to bring new capabilities to market. Responsibilities

• Define and execute a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with strategy and measurable customer outcomes
• Identify high-impact opportunities via market, customer, and industry analysis and build investment cases
• Drive growth across core and AI revenue streams and align strategy across portfolio components
• Lead end-to-end discovery with Research and Design and engage customers to validate workflows
• Prioritize ruthlessly based on measurable value and ensure ROI throughout discovery to adoption
• Leverage AI/ML to enhance workflows and lead prototyping to ensure feasibility and market fit
• Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch and scale, coordinating cross-functional teams
• Define differentiation and value proposition; influence pricing/packaging and GTM

Key requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management in SaaS, platform, or enterprise software
• Hands-on experience in Manufacturing domain; practical industry knowledge
• Proven ability to define and execute strategy, vision, and measurable outcomes
• Experience in customer discovery, prototyping, and solution validation
• Track record of launching and scaling products from concept to adoption
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization
