Overview
In this role you will lead MS Dynamics CRM projects for an international client, guiding delivery from design through post go-live support. You will work with cross-functional teams to architect, customize, and integrate CRM solutions that fit the client’s processes. You will advise stakeholders on best practices and ensure clear communication of status and risks. This position offers the chance to shape CRM deployments in a cloud-based environment and drive measurable business outcomes. You will be at the center of project governance and customer collaboration, delivering robust, scalable CRM solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage MS Dynamics CRM projects from inception to post go-live support.
- Architect CRM customizations, portals, reports, and workflow configurations to model client processes.
- Develop data migration and integration mappings; implement and test interfaces (e.g., .NET/Web services).
- Create technical specifications and guide development and integration efforts; ensure post-go-live stability.
- Provide ongoing customer communication, issue resolution, and opportunity for further enhancements.
- Advise stakeholders on CRM best practices and participate in design/architecture sessions.
Key requirements
- 7–10 years of proven MS Dynamics CRM experience
- MS Dynamics CRM Online (Cloud) experience
- Ability to write/assist with .NET interfaces (Web services, WCF) around Dynamics CRM
- Experience with data migration and integration mappings
- Experience with CRM components installation (including Scribe) and configuration
- Strong stakeholder communication and project governance skills
- Agile and/or Prince2 background with certification (preferred)
