Responsibilities
- Advise corporate and private equity clients in mid-lower market transactions
- Support management teams on large-cap PE deals
- Work on buyouts, growth and venture investments, MBOs, bolt-on acquisitions
- Handle secondaries and fund restructuring
- Collaborate with partners and associates across deal stages
- Engage in diverse, high-profile deals from inception to closing
Key requirements
- 4-6 PQE with proven private equity and corporate transaction experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
