Hands-On Site Manager, Retail Warehouse Fit-Outs (London)

Rogers McHugh is seeking a Site Manager to oversee retail warehouse store fit-out projects across London and surrounding areas. The role requires a practical, hands-on approach and a background in joinery or construction trades.

You’ll lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works progress safely and to programme. You will maintain RAMS and safety standards, manage paperwork, liaise with clients and the project team, and be visible on site to support the wider team.
